Pilates Training - Strengthen, Stretch & Breathe
The Pilates method is a holistic body training system that primarily targets deep-lying, small, and often neglected muscle groups that play a key role in maintaining a healthy and correct posture.
The training combines strength exercises, stretching, and conscious breathing. It can also be beneficial for rehabilitation after injuries to a certain extent.
A professional introduction to the method is essential to avoid movement and posture mistakes. However, the overall risk of injury is low.
Training is available in group classes or as private sessions. While group classes provide a motivating atmosphere, private training offers a personalised approach, tailored to individual needs and goals - ideal for rehabilitation, specific physical conditions, or focused one-on-one guidance.

Your Benefits
Pilates aims to strengthen muscles, improve endurance and coordination, enhance posture, stimulate circulation, and increase body awareness.
The foundation of all exercises is the so-called “Powerhouse” – the deep stabilising muscles around the spine. Particular focus is placed on strengthening the pelvic floor and deep core muscles.
All movements are performed in a controlled, slow, and fluid manner to protect joints and muscles, while breathing is consciously trained.
